Acoustic Detection
At Utility Scan we have the potential to locate water leaks without digging. We utilise either EM locating or GPR survey to find the path of the affected water pipe, and acoustic detection is then used to survey the line above ground, Typically, the noise of the water leak is amplified by the ground microphone which potentially allow our technician to locate the leak.
